Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (Remote)Intro

We are looking for a dedicated professional with expertise in Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions and a strong grasp of data management. In this position, you will leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to craft data-centric customer interactions. You will be responsible for devising, recognizing, and proposing scalable resolutions to clients.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, your key tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to comprehend their requirements, particularly in fields like data-driven marketing, a unified customer view, and marketing technology, all centered around Data Cloud.
  • Creating solution design documents to meet client needs.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of customer system setups and pinpointing optimization opportunities using Data Cloud.
  • Formulating audience segmentation tactics using Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities.
  • Partnering with other teams to convert data-driven insights into tangible marketing and customer service initiatives.
  • Simplifying intricate Digital Data and CDP themes for individuals unfamiliar with these domains, encompassing discussions on the advantages and potential limitations of solutions.
Experience Requirements
  • Proficiency with Customer Data Platforms or Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, like Salesforce Data Cloud, IBM InfoSphere, Segment, Amperity, or ActionIQ.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Sound comprehension of data management principles, data modeling, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or core Salesforce products is extremely beneficial.
  • Strong analytical thinking and proven ability to extract insights from complex customer datasets.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to bridge technical and business ideas.
  • Candidates holding certifications in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related fields will be preferred.
  • Working familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud data architectures.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with technologies and procedures related to mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies.
  • Background in a consulting environment and/or digital agency, demonstrating a history of escalating responsibilities, creativity, and innovation.
