ROLE SUMMARY:


We are recruiting for Inventory Control (Kitting) who will be responsible for kitting electronic parts for production along with organizing part storage in our fast paced and quality-oriented manufacturing facility.


Positions Available (1)

Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday 3:30 PM to Midnight. The initial training for this position will be on our day shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm), for a period of 2 to 4 weeks.

Starting wage is $15.75 (plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium for afternoons) with a $0.50 increase after 6-months of successful service and an additional $0.50 increase after 1-year of successful service.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent related experience
  • Must be detailoriented, highly accurate and able to meet tight deadline
  • Ability to follow production procedures and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written English) skills
  • An average level of comfort with computer based and computercontrolled systems
  • Lifting material up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

  • Kitting of production jobs using MRP system and work instructions
  • Execute and maintain kitting schedule
  • Complete electronic inventory transactions in MRP system
  • Storage and organization of parts and products
  • Maintain and monitor storage of raw components as required
  • Putting stock away
  • Driving truck for pick ups
  • Oversee and execute cycle counting as required
  • Perform daily duties relating as per work instructions and/or Supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Able to assist with other warehouse activities when instructed
  • Able to cover Shipping/Receiving department during scheduled breaks or if needed
