Summary:
The Maintenance Manager will develop and implement technical and preventative maintenance plan for buildings by leading the efficiency of all operational activities within the maintenance department
What you'll get to do:
site inspections, develop reports and improvement plans for managed properties.
Maintenance Manager is responsible for resolving all outstanding open work orders that exceed 30 days.solutions to help move the work orders item(s) towards resolution with the Property Managers and Regional Directorsdepartment team members to perform accurate general, routine maintenance, minor repairs, fire safety, and scheduled servicing operations in accordance with health & team members with training including but not limited to fire, life & health & safety.annually updated training as needed to all site staff as the need annual fire safety plan reviews, quarterly fire drills and elevator assist in the process of obtaining/renewing new fire and other certificates, contracts, and throughs of the properties to ensure compliance and report support the operations division across all functions.
Who you are:
5+ experience in maintenance and repair, high rise building mechanical systems.3+yr experience in property/facility maintenance fieldExcellent communication skillsStrong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of Health and Safety including WHMISMust be flexible with working evenings, weekends, and on-call schedule as per needed.
Ability to effectively coordinated with varies stakeholders.
