Job Summary


Reporting to the Paint Line Supervisor, the Paint Line Operator will be responsible for various operations on the paint line, including but not limited to: prepping parts, hanging parts and powder coating.

Job Duties

  • Operate small air tools as sanders and grinders and other small tools for the purpose of cleaning rust and corrosion off of parts
  • Prep parts that are to be powder coated
  • Take labels and decals off of parts that need to be recoated
  • Clean and set up the powder booth
  • Keep work area clean, and organized at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Effective oral and written English communication
  • High school diploma or a recognized equivalent.
  • Experience or education in powder coating or paint line procedures considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.
