Cleaner

Responsibilities:

Cleaning, dusting and vacuuming bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, family rooms, etc.
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
Vacuuming and washing hard surface floors
Washing of dishes might be needed
Cleaning and dusting light fixtures, baseboards, doors, door frames, and windowsills
Moving reasonably light furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
Scrubbing sinks and toilets in bathrooms
Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
Keeping all spaces neat and tidy
Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job

Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications

Ability to follow verbal directions
Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
Pays attention to detail when cleaning
Organized and able to follow a schedule
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
Drivers licence and access to a vehicle would be preferred

Must Have:

Clean record check
Reliable
A great attitude and ability to commit to the team
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
Ability to read cleaning instructions
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, smoke and cleaning solution(s)
