Come transform live entertainment with us.Responsible for the overall life-cycle of development efforts including technical requirements gathering, scoping, design, development, testing/debugging, and delivery.
Deliver high-quality software solutions to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of AudienceView's products.
Foster and champion agile/scrum/kanban environment, leading, guiding, and coaching the engineering team.
Collaborate with Engineering teams/business partners within AudienceView and partner with third-party vendors to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and Delivery Commitments associated with product development and application troubleshooting.
Build an effective high-performing team by driving the recruiting and hiring of high-caliber software engineers, developing and managing the team, conducting performance reviews, and enabling their professional development.
Drive operational excellence and advocate continuous improvement, set and support a culture of results-driven quality, with efficient processes and strong transparency.
Strategize and advocate for strong engineering excellence and bring in their own software development best practices while following industry standards.
Professional experience in Software Development/Engineering.Experience leading and mentoring software engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers and tech leaders.
Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structure, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life-cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Experience with Agile, Object-Oriented modeling, and architecture design.Experience mentoring software engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers and tech leaders.
Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, and describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and keep projects on schedule.Experience influencing software engineers' best practices within your team.
Hands-on expertise in many technologies, ranging from front-end user interfaces to back-end systems and all points in between.
Screening & Resume Review:

Team Interview (60 minutes): Show off your technical and people leadership experience with a panel of interviewers selected from the Engineering leadership.
Final Interview (60 minutes): Meet with the VP of Engineering and VP of People for a final conversation.
