Brewpub Sampler

The
Indie Alehouse brewpub and brewery opperates two retail locations in the city and is a partner with Eataly Toronto, and their two locations in the city.

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, sales oriented, staff to assist with sampling our product at events and inside our three locations below:

• At 2876 Dundas st west at the Indie Alehouse brewpub
• At 55 Bloor st west in Birroteca inside Eataly Toronot
• At Sherway Gardens Mall inside Eataly Sherway

As a
Brand Ambassadors/ Beer Sampling Associate you will be a valuable member of our Events & Marketing team with lots of opportunity to grow within the company if you are able to excell at the core tasks in this role.

We are looking for energetic staff who want to contribute to our fun brewpub ethos and are committed to creating memorable experiences for everyone.

Our Brand Ambassadors/Product Sampling Associates will represent the brewery when sampling on site with customers as welll as at a variety of festivals, events and sampling stations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate product and company key messages
• Distribute promotional items and free samples
• Pour beer at beer festivals and events
• Help with setup and tear down of assets
• Help with maintenance of assets
• Engaging with customers and providing high quality service
• Communicate consumer comments to the team lead post shift
• Use good judgement in responding with customer inquiries and the public

Knowledge of and a passion for local craft beers:

• Previous experience working at a local craft brewery an asset
• Previous experience in a bar setting, events, and customer service an asset
• Strong sales experience and drive serving customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• An enthusiastic personality and positive mindset to contribute to a safe and fun team environment that fosters growth and service excellence
• Availability to work on site with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
