  • Should have good (appropriate to their level of apprenticeship) knowledge of construction practices and operation of tools.
  • Should be able to follow instruction from a supervisor
  • Should have experience in concrete form work, building envelope, and framing is preferred
  • Should be physically fit.
  • Should have a strong work ethic and value teamwork
