Who we are?

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and assigning them a table.
  • Maintain a clean and organized area, including restocking supplies and cleaning.
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system accurately
  • Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of food service and hospitality industry practices
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
  • Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register or POS system
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
  • Familiarity with food handling safety regulations and procedures
  • Effective time management skills to ensure timely service to customers
