**About the role**:
**_ Horaire: Lundi au vendredi de jour 8:00 à 16:30._**
**Key responsibilities**:
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements pendant la production et effectuer des ajustements sur les équipements lors de problèmes;
Remplacer les opérateurs lors de pauses et en cas d'absence (maladie ou vacances);
S'assurer des présences des effectifs sur son quart de travail et de bien répartir les tâches de chacun.
Faire les inspection pré-opérationnelles et les suivis de pH du produit à l'incubateur.
Communiquer l'horaire de production des produits Frais son équipe et aux autres départements.
Participer à la formation des nouveaux employés.
Gérer les imprévus ou toutes autres tâches connexes.
Être sensibilisé à la notion de réduction de pertes et amélioration continue.
Tenir un inventaire des consommables utilisés en Fabrication.
Gérer les heures d'entrée/sortie des employés de son équipe ainsi que les absences/vacances en collaboration avec le superviseur.
**Qualifications and skills**:
Minimum d'une formation collégiale en biotechnologie ou transformation des aliments;
Expérience dans le domaine alimentaire, pharmaceutique ou de la biotechnologie est considérée un atout;
Expérience en gestion d'équipe un atout;
Connaissances sur la Pasteurisation et la lyophilisation considéré un atout
Français courant, maîtrise de l'anglais un atout;
Excellentes aptitudes de communication verbale et écrite;
Capacité d'écoute et communication avec respect des autres et professionnalisme;
Excellentes aptitudes de travail d'équipe;
Capacité de gérer des priorités dans des délais prescrits par l'entreprise;
Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse;
Excellente autonomie;
Être un ambassadeur des valeurs Bio-K Plus.
