Manager Private Banking Fulfillment

What is the opportunity?


Acts as a national operational 'centre of expertise' and manages a team of nationally focused operational support officer roles responsible for fulfilling on client transactions.

Accountable for the operational effectiveness and management of risk as it applies to operations fulfillment activities.

Provides proactive support advice and counsel to the Regional Manager Sales support on the operational effectiveness of their market and teams.

Acts as a reference point for day-to-day operational activities and non-sales fulfillment management and resolution.

Responsible for the identification of process and efficiency / effectiveness improvements, and supports the integration / implementation of new national initiatives and activities.


What will you do?

  • Coach National teams to getting right the first time Quality Assurance which includes client onboarding, Banker to Banker transitions, transaction and wire fulfillment
  • Partner with Regional Manager Sales Support on management of risk in the local markets, providing support and advice
  • Maximizes the use of all technology to maintained data integrity, focusing on quality of client documentation and contributes to superior client care
  • Maintained awareness of opportunities to determine areas of operational risk or potential losses. Recommended and implemented action plans to address and/or correct
  • Ensures completion of noncomplex operational activities and escalations as appropriate complex operations, risk and specific regulatory compliance functions for the market(s), ensuring processes/controls are in place and being followed to protect shareholder interests in the areas of (People Management, SECAF Authorities & Maintenance, Internal Accounts, Negotiation of items, wire fulfillment, etc. as outlined in the Policy and Procedures Library)
  • Exercise good judgment that balances risk to shareholders and client experience when making decisions
