Our City Specialist team drives in person engagement with our partnered merchants in order to help close new contracts, activate new restaurants and grow the sales of our existing restaurants.


About the Role:


As City Specialist Team Lead you will be responsible for navigating the daily ins and outs of our on the ground representatives, building long term solutions to continue growing the success of the team and reporting out on the team's wins, losses & learnings.

You will report into the Canadian Merchant S&O organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Lead a high-impact team responsible for merchant onboarding, support, and growth across Canada
  • Engage with team leaders across DoorDash to identify opportunities where the City Specialist team can be a gamechanging resource
  • Manage daytoday team needs ranging from scheduling, project prioritization, to market entry for the team
  • Budget, track, and report the impact generated by the City Specialist team to all levels of DoorDash Leadership teams
