Seeking mature and experienced bookkeeper. Will report to the Controller of the company.

Must possess excellent knowledge of accounting terms and respective balances.

Must be trustworthy (police check required), work independently, satisfy strict guidelines - all within a busy environment.

Excellent English language skills (French would be an asset) and professional appearance required.

Duties to include bank reconciliations, night audit reports, petty cash reconciliaiton, preparation of progress reports, weekly gratuities, etc.

Must be competent in Excel and the all of MS Office software.

The ability to learn the company's in-house custom software package is also essential.

Confidentiality is a pre-requisite of this position.

A written test is required at the time of the interview.

Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
