We are Pomerleau. And you could be too.

At Pomerleau, we fully understand that our mission is not only to create infrastructure or erect buildings, but to build communities.

As a leader in the construction industry for nearly 60 years, we always aim to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we serve across Canada.

To do this, we do everything we can to listen to their needs, to never lose sight of the realities of tomorrow and to innovate in a more committed, more collaborative and more sustainable way.

Together, this is how we redefine our practice - for the good of our profession and of future generations.

What YOU Will Do

-
User Experience Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve the intranet's user experience by gathering feedback from employees, analyzing usage patterns, and implementing improvements accordingly. Explore opportunities to enhance functionality and usability to meet employee needs and preferences effectively.
-
Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops for super users and employees to familiarize them with the intranet's features and functionalities. Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their inquiries and technical challenges promptly.
-
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track intranet usage, engagement, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on platform performance and present findings to the management team for insights and decision-making.
