AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years

We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.

A typical day?

  • Evaluate the organization's ability to deliver commitments according to schedule;
  • Ensure a clear understanding of the mandate in terms of the various requirements and establish the list of project deliverables in collaboration with the project team;
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members;
  • Coordinate the multidisciplinary team and project reviews;
  • Manage budgets and capitalization requests;
  • Develop communication plan, inform and mobilize stakeholders to achieve objectives;
  • Assess risks and implement action and mitigation plans as required;
  • Assist in the resolution of complex problems and act as a facilitator between the various stakeholders to reduce the challenges to project progress;
  • Responsible for ensuring a change management plan;
  • Establish and update performance indicators as required;
  • Present project reports to management committee and various stakeholders when necessary, readjust, explain variances and escalate needs for assistance to secure ontime project delivery;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent,
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project and/or cost management,
  • Experience with project management systems and processes,
  • Certification in project management
  • PMI-PMP will be considered an asset,
  • Relevant experience in the project field will be considered an asset,
  • Experience in employee management will be considered an asset,
  • Experience in a manufacturing company will be considered an asset,


 Bilingualism (French
  • English) in oral and written communication is an important asset in our multilingual environment and our technical documentation,
