Accounts Payable Clerk

This is NOT a remote position.

The hours are small to start, 10am to 2pm 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursday, though I can be flexible.

Location is Queen Street, Truro. This will be part time for the foreseeable future.

Duties are as follows:

  • Scanning paperwork and filing digitally
  • Answer phones/take messages/forward calls
  • Data entry in Jonas Construction accounting software
  • Reconcile Visas
  • Verify accuracy of PO's against BOL's/invoices
  • Process cheque payments to vendors
  • Other duties as may be required from time to time.
$17/hr starting wage, experience required, references checked

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
