Job Overview:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.


Duties:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Operate espresso machines and other coffeemaking equipment
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness in the serving area and workstations
  • Restock items as needed and keep track of inventory levels
    Experience:
  • Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
  • Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order processing
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
  • Familiarity with operating POS systems for order entry and payment processing
