We are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is passionate about website experiences, content strategy, and has a strong understanding of SEO and analytics reporting. Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign deployment would be considered an asset. You will also have a strong understanding of the holistic digital landscape and thrive when collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering effective digital strategies that drive results for our clients.

If you have a particular strength or experience in some areas but not all, this could still be the right position for you. We believe that unicorns can exist and we're more interested in where your passion can take you in the future than what you are doing today.

Key Responsibilities

Will include but not be limited to:

Work closely with web strategy and marketing teams to execute digital strategies and move projects forward. Conduct SEO planning, keyword research, and content strategy to enhance online visibility and organic traffic. Support the agency team and clients with planning and delivering email marketing campaigns. Develop and implement measurement plans, setting clear goals and objectives for digital campaigns. Generate comprehensive analytics reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimize digital strategies. Working directly with clients, confidently managing their needs and expectations independently. Lead and manage web-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, web project management, or a similar role. Proven track record of successful client management and the ability to work autonomously. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content research methodologies and use of SEO tools. Ability to produce detailed analytics reports and actionable insights. Familiarity with email marketing strategies and tools. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced agency environment.
