We are in search of for a Marketing Manager for our Lendcare subsidiary. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for Marketing campaigns to drive the acquisition, growth and retention of the partner and consumer base. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and the Marketing team to build both B2B and B2C Marketing campaigns. This is an exciting role for a dynamic Marketer.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for the development and launching of online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with the Analytics team to build a robust marketing reporting program
  • Creation, deployment and reporting of automated email campaigns using HubSpot
  • Provide guidance and research to inform our Communications and Content strategy for the LendCare blog and social media channels
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to manage traffic coordination for external project requests
  • Play an integral role in the execution of internal and external research
  • Prepare detailed Marketing briefing documents and post-mortem reports
  • Be an integral voice in the digital marketing strategy
  • Manage a large-scale print-on-demand portal, including making recommendations on process, product development, budget management, etc.
  • Maintain the LendCare voice and ensure compliance within the organization

What experience do you have?

  • Financial services and B2B experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience working under pressure and tight timelines
  • Proven experience working on many high-profile projects at once
  • Solid understanding of Advertising, Branding, Marketing, and Corporate Communications

This is a full-time, in-office position located in our Pickering, ON office.
