Reporting into the Director, Digital Analytics & Integration, the Consultant – Digital Analytics & Integration is required to provide end-to-end project support related to digital analytics initiatives.
The Consultant – Digital Analytics & Integration will be responsible for delivering world class digital client experiences, and measuring the impact and effectiveness of our digital & marketing efforts.
Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
Collaboration- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to implement and measure projects KPIs using analytics tools and solutions. Work with tech our partners to oversee standards, configurations, & governance of vendor products and CIBC solutions .Ongoing weekly assessment of Digital alerts and metrics from audits to understand performance while continuously looking to automate an d enhance ongoing processes and relationships .
Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs.
Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals.
Production Support - Conduct investigation and provide resolution (with help of developers when needed) for issues brought up by businessYou have a degree/diploma in niversity degree in business, math, marketing, finance, information management, statistics or related field, and/or equivalent work experience .
You have knowledge of knowledge of digital analytics including Adobe/Google analytics, third-party SDK integrations, digital tagging and tracking, campaign tracking, A/B testing, and client journey personalization & optimization tactics optimization.
You have working knowledge of Knowledge of federal and provincial data privacy laws as well as industry best practices.
Strong understanding of customer data and analytics platforms. Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)You give meaning to data. Experience with MarTech product engineering, platform architecture and integration, data development or related areas.
It's an asset to have experience in Data Modeling and statistical methodologies and metrics and their application to business measurement.
