We are looking for a** Human Resources Business Partner** with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing your HR expertise regarding employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development. Your ability to influence employee engagement and promote a healthy culture for the employees, while ensuring tight integration and alignment with our company values will be vital for our continued success.

- Understanding, implementing, and executing all HR functions and leading practices with strong knowledge of labor legislation;
- Managing employees issues, benefits programs, and payroll for a diverse set of employee profiles;
- Measurement & reporting procedures to provide key analytics for HR practices;
- Communicating in French and English, and managing the needs of a large group;
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with proven experience as an HR Business Partner.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé d'apporter votre expertise en matière de ressources humaines en ce qui concerne les relations avec les employés, le développement et le coaching, la rémunération et le développement organisationnel. Votre capacité à influencer l'engagement des employés et à promouvoir une culture saine pour les employés, tout en assurant une intégration et un alignement étroits avec les valeurs de notre entreprise, sera vitale pour la poursuite de notre succès.

De nombreux parcours professionnels peuvent vous préparer pour cette opportunité unique, mais de préférence, vous êtes hautement qualifiés en:

- Comprendre, mettre en œuvre et exécuter toutes les fonctions RH et les pratiques de pointe avec une connaissance approfondie de la législation du travail ;
- Gérer les questions relatives aux employés, les programmes d'avantages sociaux et la paie pour un ensemble diversifié de profils d'employés ;

- Communiquer en français et en anglais, et gérer les besoins d'un grand groupe ;
- Travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide avec une expérience confirmée en tant que partenaire en ressources humaines.
