RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysis & Consultation
    • Implement the client's solution using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product (based on SAP).
    • Perform blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client's requirements.
    • Design and document the client's solution including their business requirements and any program specifications required according to ADP's guidelines.
    • Take ownership of issues & gaps between client requirement and ADP GV template.
  • Integration & Testing
    • Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases.
    • Coordination of training delivery with Global Education Services.
    • Providing sample test scripts to enable clients to adequately test the solution.
    • Support clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Possess the highest level of HR and payroll knowledge.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products and ADP GlobalView template.
    • Liaise with the Product Manager to understand future product changes.
  • Project Planning/Management Activities
    • Minimize ADP's risk exposure and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Demonstrate proactive participation in Implementation Team forums.
    • Provide relevant training opportunities for team members.
    • Keep clients' documentation up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven Payroll consulting experience.
  • Configuration knowledge/consulting skills in at least two applicable SAP functional areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Degree
  • 5-8 years of SAP Payroll Consulting experience desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead Multi Country HR/Payroll implementations.
  • Experience in mentoring Lead Consultants.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
