PositionOverview The Associate Director, Product Management is a critical teamlead for Exact Sciences\' proprietary blood tube program and will beresponsible for creating the product strategy and executing the plansfor evolution of the blood tube that is a key part of all of our bloodtesting products for the company.

The ideal candidate will be an dynamicand resourceful product owner, guiding program definition, voice ofcustomer research, target product profile, intended use, marketopportunity assessment (including financial model), customerrequirements, go-to-market strategy, and developing a compellingbusiness cases in conjunction with blood test program and operationalstakeholders This Associate Director-level role will work in a productdevelopment core team, identifying key subject matter experts across theorganization to deliver on program milestones.

This role collaborateswith a broad range of functions; including R&D, Clinical, IT,Operations, Program Management, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, andLegal. This position is the face of the program(s), collaborating withand influencing varying levels of internal and external partners. Itrequires a strong team-focused approach and giving high-visibilitypresentations to drive progress to key milestones and alignment acrossthe organization. This individual may also contribute on BusinessDevelopment opportunity assessments related to the program\'s marketspace.

Strong business acumen and customer focus are essential to thesuccess of this role, as well as the ability to distill complexinformation from multiple sources into clear and actionable strategies.

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of the healthcarelandscape and commercialization of products, and familiarity with theclinical, regulatory, reimbursement, and technical aspects of productdevelopment.
