Food & Beverage Back of House Description


Our Food & Beverage teams are true customer service professionals and go above and beyond to provide world-renowned western hospitality.

The Back of House team can be found behind the scenes keeping the kitchen in running order or working with the Front of House team for a smooth experience for the guest.

These positions are Stampede-time roles, for the Calgary Stampede celebration in July 202- _Please note that some of these roles may require a valid Alberta Health Services Food Safe Certification.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of our Back of House team can include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Communicating and resolve customer complaints and/or concerns, in a timely manner.
  • Receiving deliveries from suppliers and ensure accuracy of delivery to shipping invoice.
  • Moving, storing, and stocking food and beverage product.
  • Clearing tables of garbage, recycling and trays.
  • Providing constant table and side stand maintenance throughout shift.
  • Maintaining chilled, frozen, and hot food temperatures as per AHS standards.

Please note that all applicants will be required to:

  • Be 18 years of age or older on June 24, 202
  • Be legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada.
  • Complete a criminal background check.
  • Be available to work for all 10 days of the Calgary Stampede.
  • Complete and comply with all required training and policies, including Covid19 safety specific items.
