We are looking for a driven, sales-focused individual to join our Sales team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing Silk & Snow's products.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing product expertise, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Job Description:

In this role you will:

  • Walk customers through our product lines to build brand loyalty and maximize sales results.
  • Assist customers postsale in ensuring all questions are answered and communicate vital information to the Operations team.
  • Participate in visual directives in accordance with company product launches, including but not limited to setting displays, merchandising products, and maintaining pricing signage.
  • Ensure our store is always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping.
  • Be the face of our core values of transparency and sustainability. You will be responsible for communicating the story behind our brand to our customers.
  • Assist the Marketing and Operations team by keeping a data log of information regarding customers, such as general demographics of customers, products of interest, buying patterns and more as needed.
  • Coordinate with our Operations and Marketing team to constantly keep yourself up to date on product changes and promotions to ensure you can communicate effectively with our customers.
  • Create and curate a comfortable environment for customers to experience our products and learn about our brand.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally have 1 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: you make a personal and genuine connection with customers by helping them feel confident about their purchase.
  • Be a selfstarter and ambitious.
  • Excellent communication skills you enjoy chatting with customers and understanding their needs to deliver a better experience.
  • Be meticulous and enjoy always keeping a space organized and clean.
  • Be an independent and critical thinker; you can make decisions independently when required.
  • Be able to switch and reorient priorities when new information or developments occur.
  • Be willing to improve yourself and the experience you manage constantly.
  • Be familiar with the entire roster Gsuite programs such as sheets, docs and slides
    an asset.
  • Be available to work on weekends.
