Minimum 3-6 month contract with potential for long term, permanent employment.

Ideal work-life balance:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30, with lots of potential for overtime Fridays and Saturdays

Start Hourly Wage $41

Seeking a FCAW CWB certified journeyman with B-pressure

Responsibilities

  • Apply FCAW and B-Pressure welding expertise to weld buckets and skids experience with 6 inch joint welding up to 400 degrees
  • Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel for efficient conveyor repair processes and a smoothly functioning production environment
  • Adhere to welding standards, maintain a safe work environment, and promptly address welding issues to minimize downtime
  • Keep accurate records of welding activities for maintenance purposes
Qualifications

  • Must hold a journeyman welder ticket
  • Must have bpressure ticket or heavy bpressure experience and willingness to get ticket
  • Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with overtime
  • Hold valid CWB FCAW all positions certificate
  • Ability to provide your own 6" steeltoed boots
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs, working at heights, agility, and navigating equipment and ladders
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada (Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid Canadian work permit)
