Omni Basement Systems, a regional leader in the Basement Waterproofing and foundation repair industry, is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Omni by answering calls, scheduling appointments & following up with customers on various issues
  • Complete and submit relevant documentation
  • Keep customer records and database current
  • Provide customers with a remarkable experience

Requirements:

  • You naturally have an upbeat and positive personality
  • Experience in the customer service field
  • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer programs and software
