Sous la supervision du directeur des opérations du secteur Fabbrica/VIA, la personne titulaire du poste **Planificateur de la production** est responsable de l'ensemble des relations avec les clients internes et externes en ce qui a trait aux commandes de produits coupés sur mesure.

**RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Assurer la communication et la cohésion entre les représentants, leurs clients, les responsables de la mise en production ainsi qu'avec les installateurs ;
- Assurer le rôle de répartiteur principal entre les départements de production, Via, ventes et planification ;
- Établir de solides relations de travail, collaboration et professionnelles avec les représentants, les installateurs et l'équipe interne ;
- Compiler des statistiques sur les performances de production ;
- Élaborer le calendrier de suivis pour les commandes à livrer et/ou installer ;
- Gérer les rendez-vous concernant les prises de mesures avec les clients et les installateurs ;
- Prendre en charge les commandes mises en attente et en assurer le suivi ;
- Prendre en charge la relation avec les clients internes et gérer l'ensemble du processus ;
- Tenir à jour quotidiennement le plan de production ;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

**PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES**:

- Diplôme d'études professionnelles en technique / planification de production ;
- Minimum de deux (2) années d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
- Bonne expérience au niveau du service à la clientèle ;
- Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier, un atout ;
- Connaissances avancées des logiciels de bureautique (MS Office/ SmartSheet) ;
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais ; oral/écrit) afin de communiquer avec différents membres internes ou externes de l'entreprises, qu'ils soient nationaux ou internationaux. Le milieu de production implique un dialogue avec une multitude de départements.
- Excellent sens de la communication tant avec les clients internes qu'externes ;
- Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse ainsi qu'en planification de commandes ;
- Capacité de travailler avec un minimum d'encadrement et de supervision ;
- Polyvalence (multitâches) ;
- Excellent sens des responsabilités et des priorités ;
- Autonomie et esprit décisionnel.

**HORAIRE**
- Disponible à travailler 37.5h par semaine ;
- Disponible du lundi au vendredi.

Under the supervision of the Operations Director of the Fabbrica/VIA sector, the **Production Planner **is responsible for all relationships with internal and external customers regarding custom made cut product orders.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure communication and cohesion between representatives, their customers, the production team, as well as with installers;
- Act as the main planner between the production, Via, sales and planning departments ;
- Establish strong working, collaborative and professional relationships with representatives, installers and the internal team ;
- Compile statistics on production performance ;
- Develop the follow-up schedule for orders to be delivered and/or installed ;
- Manage appointments concerning taking measurements with customers and installers ;
- Carry out orders that are on hold and ensure follow-up ;
- Manage the relationship with internal customers and manage the entire order process ;
- Maintain the production plan daily ;
- Perform other related duties.
