Illumiti is currently looking for Jr. Consultants to join and grow alongside our talented team.

This is an entry-level role.

Responsibilities:

  • Document an accurate understanding of business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes
  • Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable with occasionally working under the pressure of tight project deadlines
  • Work very closely with business decision makers and end users
  • Develop progressive ability to configure and integrate modules of SAP in your focus area
  • Develop test strategy and document test results
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for crossfunctional areas
  • Provide support and resolve help desk tickets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent undergraduate/postgraduate degree from a reputable university
  • Desire and commitment to develop a career as an SAP functional or technical consultant
  • An interest in one of our business focus areas such as Supply Chain Management or Finance or a desire to pursue a career in technical areas such as ABAP, Basis, or Security.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement both in academics and other areas of interest
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas and concepts
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • To be part of an empowering company culture

Obligations To Succeed:

  • Ability to work within North America (_We do not provide sponsorship_)
  • Open to Travel
  • Be based in the Greater Toronto Area to attend mandatory inperson training
  • Reliable means of transportation to the Toronto office

Nice-to-haves:

  • Foundational knowledge or training in SAP
  • 12 years of work experience in a related field
