One of our partners in the financial services is looking for a superstar Visual Designer.

The successful candidate will be employed as a BPTN employee working on a special project for a major company in the financial services industry on a 12 month fixed term contract.

We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our dynamic team, working as a contractor with one of our partner companies .We are building a global network and want to bring on an experienced professional with the hustle, and experience to create creative deliverables on the various partner platforms, in alignment to their Brand and Emerald Design System.

As our Visual Designer, you'll define, evangelize, and drive the implementation of the overall design vision for our partner company's products.

You will contribute to their visual design principles and will maintain visual design frameworks for their products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Define and evangelize a compelling vision for sites and app visual designsCollaborate closely with UX designers, copywriters, design researchers, creative technologists, product owners and developersEffective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationalesParticipate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback and creative directionOversee project visual design deliverables all the way through executionEnsure quality assurance of all creative deliverablesWorking closely to ensure feasibility of designsIdeation, concept development and experience innovationStay abreast of current design methodologies, practices and trendsParticipation in observational studies, usability testing and other customer researchEDUCATIONA degree in design or a design-related discipline (visual design, graphic design)


REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for someone who embodies the following:5+ years of experience designing interactive experiencesComprehensive understanding of interaction and UI designPassion for creating simple and stunning visual design solutionsAbility to translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiencesMeticulous attention to detailAbility to ask good questions and communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to communicate ideas to a diverse audience and constructively integrate feedbackA conceptual thinker with proven problem solving skillsAbility to see the "big picture" and hone-in on the detailsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well in a team environmentProficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe's Creative Suite.
