**Responsibilities**:
- Le spécialiste des contrats est responsable de la soumission précise et en temps opportun des propositions de contrats, selon les spécifications des clients, afin d'atteindre les objectifs de compétitivité du marché et des marges de profit élevées.
- Traiter tous les types de propositions (RFQ, RFP, amendements) reçues des clients internes et externes;
- Formuler des soumissions compétitives, en tenant compte de la meilleure combinaison de produits offerts et des considérations techniques et commerciales appropriées pour chaque situation. Assurer que les soumissions sont bien documentées avec un niveau de détail approprié;
- Identifier les fournisseurs potentiels d'équipement et fournitures requis, et évaluer les offres de fournisseurs qui concordent avec les spécifications de la soumission;
- Gérer la collecte et le collationnement de tous les aspects techniques et de gestion de projets de la soumission, comprenant les éléments de coût et les conditions commerciales;
- Archiver la documentation portant sur la soumission et enregistrer les hypothèses et décisions prises au cours du développement;
- Rapporter régulièrement l'état des soumissions, recueillir et analyser les raisons expliquant la perte ou l'obtention des soumissions;
- Établir et entretenir des relations efficaces avec la clientèle pour comprendre ses besoins. Assurer une expérience client positive au cours du procédé;
- Réviser et fournir des recommandations, et négocier les modalités et conditions (au besoin) avec le soutien de la direction.

- The Contract Specialist is responsible for submitting timely and accurate contract proposals, based on customer specifications, in order to achieve both market competitiveness and high margins.
- Process all types of proposals (RFQ, RFP, amendments) received from internal and external customers;
- Formulate competitive quotations, taking into account best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation. Ensure quotations are well documented with appropriate level of detail;
- Identify potential vendors for required equipment and supplies, and evaluate vendor offers to match with tender specifications;
- Manage the collecting and collating of all technical and project management aspects of the quotation, including cost elements and trading conditions;
- Archive documentation regarding the tender, and record assumptions and decisions taken during the development process;
- Regularly report the status of the quotations, and collect and analyze the reasons for tenders being lost and won;
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process;
