Role Designation: Hybrid 4 Days in Office and 1-day WFH

This role is based in our Thunder Bay, ON Agency

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented networkers to join our expanding team. In this fulfilling role, you'll have the chance to work locally and engage with your community. Your earnings will be driven by sales efforts supported by a competitive commission structure.

Accountabilities:

  • Networking to secure new sales leads and establish trust within the community for future sales.
  • Thoroughly assessing customer needs and offering tailored insurance solutions for their protection.
  • Educating customers on Allstate's array of insurance products, including auto, property, and third-party coverage.
  • Participating in relevant business and community events to expand your lead pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about sales, with a track record of developing lead pipelines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and committed to delivering quality service.
  • Skilled in generating new customer pipelines and using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Proven abilities in relationship management and communication.
  • Previous teamwork experience.
  • Background in the insurance sector is advantageous.
