As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
  • Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of different cannabis products
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using computerized systems
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure product displays are organized and wellstocked
  • Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, new products, and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly

Skills:

  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus but not required)
  • Proficient in computer operations for sales transactions and inventory management
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage customer interactions
