SEMM Geoservices is looking for a bilingual geophysical technician to help with our companies growth.

The technician will be in charge of completing various field surveys for data acquisition and carrying out the processing and QA/QC of the results in the office.


Qualifications

  • College Diploma or undergraduate degree in geology, geophysics or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of field experience in geophysical acquisition of boreholes and processing of geophysical data;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken French, fluency in English would be an asset;
  • Knowledge of electronics and equipment management would be an asset;
  • Rigor, courtesy, sense of organization and resourcefulness ;
  • Sense of initiative and with a strong attention to detail ;
  • Strong adaptability and openness to work in isolated regions in rotation;
  • Valid driver's license.

Salary:
$25.00-$35.50 per hour
