Penner Building Centres, a COR Certified Supplier, we strive to be the premier building, home improvement and design centre in Southeastern Manitoba.

We are currently hiring
Material Handlers to join our Warehouse team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading shipments
  • Receiving and processing of incoming products
  • Stocking receivables and managing inventory
  • Assisting customers
  • Cleaning and organizing of the warehouse and receiving areas
  • Using any necessary equipment, such as motorized lift equipment, in a safe manner, and
  • Abiding by safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Knowledge of lumber and building materials is a definite asset
  • Physically fit with the ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with customers and coworkers in a professional manner.
