Clearing tables and taking items to the dish area for sanitization.

  • Scraping, washing, sanitizing and restocking of dining room items. Ensure all items are completely clean and sanitized.
  • Wash pots, pans and trays from the kitchen and bakery. Ensure all items are completely clean and sanitized.
  • Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Receive deliveries, check that all deliveries are complete and distribute items various locations throughout the bakery.
  • Sweeps and mops floors.
  • Wash and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat slicers and other food prep surfaces.
  • Removes trash and place it in designated containers.
  • Training in other kitchen areas / duties
  • Hourly pay PLUS tips. Pay is every two weeks and tip outs are on the alternate Friday. Tips are split equally, based on hours worked amoung all who work that day.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: per week

Salary:
$16.00 per hour
