We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to bolster Alimentiv's marketing strategies. As a part of the global Marketing team, you will report to the Director of Marketing & Communications. Your role involves implementing and overseeing our digital ecosystem, crafting and optimizing campaigns to enhance customer experience, boost brand visibility, and maximize our commercial objectives.

DIGITAL STRATEGY, WEBSITE & ANALYTICS

  • Supervise and carry out comprehensive digital strategies to deliver outstanding experiences across all channels in line with our brand direction and commercial targets.
  • Take the lead in developing and managing our websites and other digital platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience and enhance overall performance.
  • Create and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and attract targeted audiences to our website.
  • Support and facilitate the launch of new website initiatives and campaigns.
  • Implement dashboards and analytical tools to monitor ROI, provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, and optimize performance.

MARKETING AUTOMATION / OPERATIONS

  • Drive targeted campaigns and boost conversion rates through leading marketing automation efforts with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (formerly PARDOT).
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient database segmentation for all funnel stages.
  • Ensure accurate installation of conversion tracking on all digital assets continuously.
  • Manage lead processes, including sales funnel, lead scoring, lead grading, sales and marketing handoff, and related areas.
  • Manage campaign operations, including campaign hierarchy, campaign influence, and marketing attribution.
  • Understand the current Marketing Cloud setup and assist in configuring features such as approvals, as well as providing training.

CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Engage in developing and executing the company's social media strategy and relevant campaigns to enhance Alimentiv's brand visibility and lead generation across pertinent platforms.
  • Supervise, curate, and generate content for social media platforms in collaboration with the scientific marketing content writer.
  • Establish and oversee a holistic social media plan and yearly calendar.
  • Create new business profiles on all suitable social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding across all channels.
  • Analyze social media performance data to guide future campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and best practices, implementing new ideas as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise and conduct cross-functional paid campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and 5-10+ years of experience demonstrating digital marketing worth.
  • 5+ years of CRM platform experience, preferably Salesforce (including HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM).
  • 5+ years of website management experience with a CMS solution (WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal).
  • Experience in a CRO or life sciences setting is advantageous.
  • Robust understanding of clinical research and/or imaging services in CROs.
  • Proficient in website management, optimization, landing pages, CX touchpoints/journey, and UTMs.
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns, website content, and digital integrations.
  • Thorough knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and SEO/SEM principles.
  • Stay up to date with current B2B digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing effective social media campaigns.
  • Analytical skills and data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing data and offering recommendations.
  • Create comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
