Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
  • Train and supervise FOH staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
  • Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience as a barista
  • 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and working with POS systems
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Job Types:

From $20.00 per hour
