Join Our Team as a Contract Videographer for a new YouTube Series


We're looking for a passionate student videographer who can film interviews on location for an exciting new YouTube series (short series of 5-10 minute episodes) that profiles the people behind the rail industry.


This is approximately a 4-6 month project based in Montreal.

Please expect anywhere from 0-12 hours of work/week.
We'll provide the equipment (iPhone 14, stabilizer, lapel mics etc.) and you'll work the camera.

What your days might look like:

  • Capture engaging footage filmed with an iPhone 1
  • Travel with our team to the interview location (all expenses covered)
  • Capture Broll

You're set up for success if:

  • You have an eye for videography and camera angles: We need someone who can bring a creative and artistic touch to their videography, with an excellent sense of framing and camera angles. Your ability to capture compelling visuals will be crucial in delivering an immersive experience to our viewers.
  • You have experience with vlog or docsstyle videos: We want this series to have an authentic and intimate feel think Rick Mercer Report.
  • You love capturing Broll: Broll footage plays a vital role in storytelling, adding depth and context to the narrative. If you have a keen eye for capturing captivating Broll shots and enjoy the process, you'll be a perfect fit for our team.
  • You're flexible: The world of transportation is dynamic, and our shooting schedules may need to be adjusted at times. We'll also require travel to and from the interviews which may take you out of Quebec—being flexible and adaptable is essential.
