We are seeking a skilled Market Data Administrator to join our team.

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Tools, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical data systems.

Job Description:

  • Data Integrity: Take charge of processing equipment update requests and providing CRM system support to maintain accurate customer equipment lists. Your attention to detail will be instrumental in facilitating smooth operations.
  • Customer Success Support: Assist in driving customer success by meticulously maintaining and tracking essential data, ensuring that our teams have the information they need to excel.
  • Reporting Excellence: Produce precise equipment lists and updates, adhering to strict reporting standards to provide valuable insights for decisionmaking purposes.
  • User Support: Provide assistance and guidance to users on data inputs, demonstrating patience and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma would be an asset.
  • 23 years of progressive experience in a related industry, showcasing strong attention to detail and proficiency in data management is an asset.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and timeliness, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Superior customer service skills, coupled with the ability to deliver support in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with working knowledge of ERP and database systems.

Note:

  • Based out of our Edmonton head office or Calgary office
  • 5 x 2 Monday Friday, 7.5 hour shifts
  • Permanent, full time role
