We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work on the onboarding process of new customer in a big retail bank.


YOU ARE:

YOU HAVE:

  • Front office stakeholder relationship management experience;
  • Experience delivering in an agile environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Some experience with QA/Business Acceptance Testing;
  • Some experience working with UX designers;
  • Some knowledge of client onboarding, client tiering, KYC

YOU WILL MANAGE THE PROJECT BACKLOG**:

  • Help stakeholders in making their vision for the product materialize, especially in the early stages of each delivery phase
  • Convey that vision to the team and define clear milestones for alignment purposes, and so they can make holistic design decisions that will support the delivery
  • Create & maintain a backlog of deliverable stories for the team
  • Be the stakeholders' proxy in the team, able to make quick, firm decisions when it comes to scope, requirements and prioritization/triage
  • Involve team members when their perspective can bring value, including times when it can support scope and priority decisions
  • Follow up during the implementation and testing phases to ensure delivery satisfies the requirements
  • Drive the backlog review and estimation process and take part in planning activities
  • Capture nonfunctional requirements and keep supportability in mind
  • Define acceptance criteria and tests up front as part of a Business-Driven Development approach
  • Use your personal experience with Agile delivery to take advantage of its strengths and mitigate its potential risks.
  • Understand various software concepts to discuss problems and orchestrate strategy with various talents in the team (including but not limited to: realtime programming, high availability, TDD, BDD, UX design, DevOps concerns )
  • Work with distributed teams
