beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager for Legal Services to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process for our legal services division.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll process for the legal services division, including processing payroll, calculating taxes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions
  • Respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll issues
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of employee wages
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries
  • Assist with the preparation of annual payroll tax returns
  • Assist with the preparation of year-end payroll reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
