The primary responsibility will be to provide support to their network environment by monitoring the network and taking action on anomalies that arise.
Ensure network security, updates, and monitoring, including fault prevention, hardware support, and maintenance coordination.Assist in researching, selecting vendors, and implementing new network services.
Mentor team members, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate on procedural improvements.
Ability to pass an English fluency assessment, mandatory.
Degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Familiarity in switching, routing, Unix/Linux Administration, and technical troubleshooting.
Extensive experience supporting IT infrastructure in complex environments.
Ability to work rotating schedule of days and night shifts, on-site.
