Manage project execution, ensuring strict adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
Collaborate with project personnel to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify the need for initial or supplemental project resources and make effective allocations.
Develop and update project plans for information technology projects, including objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Perform risk assessments to develop strategies for managing and mitigating project risks.
Prepare comprehensive project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Establish and execute a project communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Monitor the performance of project team members, providing feedback and maintaining performance documentation.
Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain necessary resources or materials.
Oversee the success of the project portfolio by putting in place the required governance and reporting processes
Produce bi-weekly invoicing report for finance to invoice the correct amount to customers
Manage escalations, assist project teams in critical situations or when projects are off track, and effectively engage in difficult conversations with customers
Ensure when a new contract gets signed, the transition to the delivery team gets executed promptly and according to the established process
Coach the delivery team on current processes and project management best practices
Tools Used:
Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Office
Experience: 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management.
Technical Background:
A solid technical background, including an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Experience:
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Stakeholder Management:
Proven success in working with all levels of management.
Excellent presentation skills to effectively convey project updates and insights.
Agile or Scrum Certification a plus (PSM, CSM, DASM, PMI-ACP).
Bilingualism (French & English) as an advantage.
Knowledge of the CRM industry as an advantage.
