Do you have what it takes?

  • Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience (required)
  • Previous experience in the Medical Aesthetic Industry is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Windows Office and patient management software
  • Retail Experience (beneficial)
  • Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
  • Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
  • Strong Administrative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide fivestar holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
  • Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and Patient management system.
  • Billing and Invoice management.
  • Maintain patient flow and room management.
  • Goods inwards and delivery.
  • Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
  • Work effectively both independently and in teams.
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
