Project Manager

The Role

Reporting to the Director, Project Excellence, the ERP Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful implementation of ERP and CRM projects.

This is a client facing role that will have you actively managing client resources as well as systems implementation vendors.


What You'll Do

  • Provide guidance and recommendations on project direction, priority, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, resources, risks, and critical paths.
  • Develop work plans, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple project work streams across your allocation of clients
  • Manage all aspects of project budgets and change requests.
  • Define, monitor, report, and deliver on ERP project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Responsible for all deliverables required for system cutover and Go Live ensuring complete coverage, appropriate quality, on time delivery.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience in professional business environment
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent (not mandatory)
  • Experience with Implementation of ERP systems i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, Accumatica, etc
  • Experience leading, motivating, and managing
  • Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and nontechnical staff, and all levels of management.
  • Strong understanding and experience of the endtoend ERP implementation project life cycle.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Selfmotivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
