ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting customers in the service drive and obtaining/documenting all relevant information about their visit and vehicle.
  • Organizing and maintaining lot
  • Valet can be part of the process of providing shuttle service for customers.
  • Cleaning of customer and company vehicles.
  • Assist customers when necessary.
  • Assist advisors when necessary.
  • Ensure that service drive and shop are clean and organized.
  • Basic building cleanliness, maintenance/repairs.
  • Complete any tasks as instructed by the service/general managers or assistant service managers.
  • Arrive on time and be ready to work at your designated start time.
  • Perform all duties in a timely fashion.
  • If all tasks are completed, report to management for further instruction.
  • Maintain a safe and friendly work environment.
  • Report any issues or concerns to management as they arise.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
  • Effective customer service skills; and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Must have a Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License.
  • Must have a Drivers Abstract in good standing
