Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and upsell services over the phone
  • Ensure the Boutique is clean (wellordered, correct merchandise, properly presented)
  • Responsible for scheduling and managing the front desk, Wowswim as well as the aesthetic corner.
  • Ensure that the organization runs smoothly in regards to customer expectations (reception, waiting time and overall experience)
  • Respond appropriately to customer complaints
  • Ensure we follow all guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Will perform the opening and closing of the center
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic document
  • Responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and marketing strategies
  • Act as a big contributor to our social media development ( content creation, increasing our followers ) an asset
  • The individual will need to work on weekends
  • Any other related tasks

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with Mindbody
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent understanding of social media: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn is an asset
  • Good writing skills in french and english
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
