The primary function of this role is to sell LeBoat products for North America including USA and Canada essentially but may be required to support other markets.

They will also support sales & marketing departments in developing the Le Boat products.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform in line with revenue targets.
  • Engage and build rapport with customers and Travel Agents.
  • Answer client inquiries (booking, brochures) promptly and followup inquiries on a daytoday basis.
  • Record clients' details in line with the new GDPR.
  • Use Talkdesk and HubSpot as required.
  • Record options and control confirmation of the options in due time.
  • Inform customers of any changes before or after booking (i

e:
inventory changes

  • Inform customers about our product before booking.
  • Create offers within the frame of our procedures and communicate to customers.
  • Call back customers and follow up on the quote.
  • Update the customers' data in CRM and the booking system.
  • Participate in any project linked to the sales & marketing department.
  • Get involved in the administrative part (take clients' payments over the phone, bank transfers, reminders, debtors).

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent English language skills are crucial.
  • A good understanding of the French language is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in sales in the tourism industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator, with strong listening skills.
  • Knowledge of the European geography.
  • Customeroriented.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive.
  • Team spirit
  • Autonomous
  • Able to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and respectful of deadlines.
  • Flexible
  • PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • TICO Certified (or training to be provided)
