Director, Client Portfolio Management

We are looking for a full-time Director, Client Portfolio Management - Wholesaler, to join our team.

In this role, you need a strong knowledge of the financial services industry and RPIA's investment solutions to proactively engage with and support investment advisors in your assigned territory. Your main tasks include driving new sales, with a focus on increasing assets under management. As a remote position based in Montreal, QC, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with independent financial advisors.

Responsibilities of the Director, Client Portfolio Management include:

  • Conducting proactive sales meetings to understand needs and position appropriate investment solutions.
  • Creating and executing a business plan to deepen client relationships and expand reach.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Effectively managing prospects and territory coverage.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of RPIA's offerings and financial markets.
  • Utilizing provided sales tools including CRM technology.
  • Tracking and analyzing the impact of sales campaigns.
  • Engaging in business development activities and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in sales.
  • Completion of specified investment and securities courses.
